Nicole Sobel

Ms. Papadatos was most recently an Instrumental Band and Strings teacher at Thunder Hill Elementary School.  Ms. Papadatos also has experience at Centennial Lane ES, Waterloo ES, and Patapsco MS.
 

 Additionally, Ms. Papadatos worked with Mr. Dubbs at Reservoir HS instructing marching band rehearsals, conducting the percussion ensemble, running rehearsals and sectionals for the concert and symphonic bands,  jazz band, and the guitar class.  Her marching band experience with Arundel High School (where she helped direct rehearsals, music and drill) helped them achieve a State Championship in 2012.

Ms. Papadatos also has experience with high school musical productions where she has been the advisor and pit performer.  She has chaperoned All-State Band Festivals and she has coached solos for participation in GT, All-County, All-State, Solo and Ensemble Festivals, as well as, college auditions.   
 
Her performance experience with ensembles is an impressive list as well.  She played with the Longwood Symphony Orchestra, Peabody Concert Orchestra, Peabody Singers, New York Youth Symphony, Peabody Wind Ensemble, and the Queens College Wind Ensemble.  Ms. Papadatos has a Bachelor of Music from the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University and will complete her Masters there in December 2016.  

Ms. Papadatos was married over the Summer of 2017...her new name is Mrs. Sobel.
